Script

On June 12, 2011, Sable Data Center's logs showed Henry Lin’s badge unlocking the server vault at 3:14 a.m. Lin’s supervisor had just dropped him at JFK hours before for his Tokyo assignment. Video from every corridor shows no one at the reader-just the door popping open on its own, every night that week. When the IT director finally inspected the vault’s ceiling panels, a second Sable badge was wedged between the tiles, still programmed for Henry Lin.

Caption

In 2011, Sable Data Center's security software flagged a badge swipe for night tech Henry Lin, even though his flight left for Tokyo the day before. No video shows him entering or leaving the building. But the system continued logging his access every night for a week-until a second Henry Lin badge was found in the server room ceiling.
