AutoFeed in n8n, Zapier and Make

The AutoFeed Video API makes the same videos as the dashboard. These guides wire it into n8n, Zapier and Make, so a sheet, a feed or a form can feed a faceless channel without code.

How Every Integration Works

The same four steps whichever tool runs them.

  1. 1

    Start a video

Your workflow sends POST /v1/videos with a type and its input, plus a webhookUrl. AutoFeed answers 202 with the video id and the credits charged.

  2. 2

    AutoFeed renders it

Usually a few minutes, depending on the type. Nothing to poll if you passed a webhookUrl.

  3. 3

    Receive the finished video

AutoFeed posts the video to your webhookUrl with status and the MP4 url (kept 14 days). A failed video arrives with status "failed" and is already refunded.

  4. 4

    Post it

The next steps in your workflow upload the MP4 to YouTube, save it to Drive, or hand it to your scheduler.

Import-Ready n8n Templates

In n8n, open a new workflow, choose Import from URL and paste the address. Built-in nodes only, so they work on n8n Cloud and self-hosted.

Integration Questions, Answered

Is there an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. AutoFeed runs a remote MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can make videos for you from chat. The MCP page has the setup for each, with OAuth sign-in or an API key.

Which AutoFeed plan do I need?

The Video API is included with the Ultimate plan. Every integration on this page uses the same API key and spends the same credits as the dashboard, at the same price per video.

What happens if a video fails?

Credits are charged when AutoFeed accepts the request and refunded in full automatically if the video fails. The webhook (or GET /v1/videos/{id}) then shows status "failed" with the reason.

Does the API post the video for me?

No. The API makes the video and gives you an MP4 URL, kept for 14 days. Your workflow posts it, for example with a YouTube upload step, or you can schedule posting with AutoFeed autoposting in the dashboard.

How do I avoid paying twice when a step retries?

Send an idempotencyKey that is unique per video, such as the sheet row number. A retry with the same key and the same body returns the original video and charges nothing.

Need Something Else?

Any tool that can send an HTTP request can use the API. The reference lists every video type, input and error.
