# AutoFeed in n8n, Zapier and Make

> Run faceless video pipelines from the automation tools you already use. Setup guides for n8n, Zapier and Make, plus import-ready n8n workflow templates for the AutoFeed Video API.

The AutoFeed Video API makes the same videos as the dashboard. These guides wire it into n8n, Zapier and Make, so a sheet, a feed or a form can feed a faceless channel without code.

## Setup guides

- [AutoFeed for n8n](https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/n8n): Import-ready n8n workflows that make AutoFeed videos and post them, using the HTTP Request and Wait nodes.
- [AutoFeed for Zapier](https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/zapier): Start AutoFeed videos from any Zap with Webhooks by Zapier and catch the finished MP4 with a catch hook.
- [AutoFeed for Make](https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/make): Start AutoFeed videos from a Make scenario with the HTTP module and receive the MP4 on a custom webhook.
- [MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor](https://www.autofeed.ai/mcp)

## How it works

1. **Start a video.** Your workflow sends POST /v1/videos with a type and its input, plus a webhookUrl. AutoFeed answers 202 with the video id and the credits charged.
2. **AutoFeed renders it.** Usually a few minutes, depending on the type. Nothing to poll if you passed a webhookUrl.
3. **Receive the finished video.** AutoFeed posts the video to your webhookUrl with status and the MP4 url (kept 14 days). A failed video arrives with status "failed" and is already refunded.
4. **Post it.** The next steps in your workflow upload the MP4 to YouTube, save it to Drive, or hand it to your scheduler.

## n8n workflow templates

Import with **Import from URL** in the n8n workflow menu. They use built-in n8n nodes only.

### Google Sheet of topics to YouTube Shorts

Once a day, takes the next unused topic from a sheet, makes an AI Slideshow about it, uploads it to YouTube and writes the links back to the row.

- Flow: Schedule > Google Sheets > AutoFeed AI Slideshow > Wait for webhook > YouTube upload > Google Sheets update
- Cost: 1,000 credits per 15 to 30 second video
- Import URL: https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/templates/google-sheet-topics-to-youtube.json

### RSS news to a daily AI slideshow

Every morning, reads a news feed, skips stories it already used and turns the newest one into a narrated slideshow on YouTube.

- Flow: Schedule > RSS > Remove duplicates > AutoFeed AI Slideshow > Wait for webhook > YouTube upload
- Cost: 1,200 credits per 45 to 60 second video
- Import URL: https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/templates/rss-news-to-daily-ai-slideshow.json

### New sheet row to a Would You Rather video

Each new row becomes a Would You Rather video, saved to Google Drive for review, with the Drive link written back to the sheet.

- Flow: Google Sheets trigger > AutoFeed Would You Rather > Wait for webhook > Google Drive > Google Sheets update
- Cost: 1,000 credits per video
- Import URL: https://www.autofeed.ai/integrations/templates/new-row-to-would-you-rather.json

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there an MCP server for Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. AutoFeed runs a remote MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can make videos for you from chat. The MCP page has the setup for each, with OAuth sign-in or an API key.

### Which AutoFeed plan do I need?

The Video API is included with the Ultimate plan. Every integration on this page uses the same API key and spends the same credits as the dashboard, at the same price per video.

### What happens if a video fails?

Credits are charged when AutoFeed accepts the request and refunded in full automatically if the video fails. The webhook (or GET /v1/videos/{id}) then shows status "failed" with the reason.

### Does the API post the video for me?

No. The API makes the video and gives you an MP4 URL, kept for 14 days. Your workflow posts it, for example with a YouTube upload step, or you can schedule posting with AutoFeed autoposting in the dashboard.

### How do I avoid paying twice when a step retries?

Send an idempotencyKey that is unique per video, such as the sheet row number. A retry with the same key and the same body returns the original video and charges nothing.
